Responsibilities:

This role is to spearhead our expansion in the local market by identifying and securing key partnerships across three core product lines: Bybit Pay, P2P Service, and Fiat Gateway. This role is responsible for exploring, acquiring, and maintaining local resources while driving strategic partnerships that enhance our payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard local payment processors, brands, and merchants to expand the Bybit Pay ecosystem.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and service providers to increase adoption. Support online and offline events that promote Bybit Pay and increase local brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of payment partners.
  • Hunt and onboard top-tier local merchants to maintain a competitive edge in merchant count and ad volume.
  • Ensure merchant performance by optimizing transaction volume and engagement.
  • Develop merchant retention strategies to prevent key merchants from leaving the platform. Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, and support teams to provide a seamless experience for P2P merchants.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with local fiat payment processors to strengthen fiat on/off-ramp capabilities.
  • Focus on acquiring competitive and cost-efficient local payment partners.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support integration of new payment channels.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure the gateway remains aligned with user demands and regulatory requirements.
