We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience , preferably in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors.
Please note: While this is a remote role, occasional travel is required — approximately 1–2 days per month ,
primarily to Madrid and Barcelona (frequency may vary depending on project needs).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Provide structured project reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Organize and attend in-person meetings or workshops (mainly in Madrid or Barcelona) as required.
- Maintain clear communication and proactive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices .
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional environments.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (estimated 1–2 days/month).
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Availability to start as soon as possible , preferably September
