A fitness club in Valencia seeks a team member responsible for new member sales and ensuring a positive experience for members. You will handle front desk tasks, assist with member inquiries, and maintain club cleanliness. Strong customer service skills are a must. This role involves standing and walking for most of the shift and occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
  • Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a member's account
  • Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
  • Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club

Shift Expectations (4 8 hour shifts)

  • 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning
  • 1 hour (minimum): Continued Training

Physical Demands

  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
