Outsourcing Art Director - Cosmetics | North America | Europe | Fully Remote

What we are looking for :

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Art Director - Cosmetics to join our team and lead the production of outsourced art and cosmetics assets. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to define, develop, and oversee the creation of externally produced assets, ensuring they meet our quality standards and creative vision.

Responsibilities include :

• Building and maintaining relationships with external art vendors
• Leading the production and delivery of outsourced art and cosmetic assets
• Providing art direction for cosmetics with both internal and external teams
• Tracking the status of art assets and supporting production needs
• Reviewing and approving externally produced assets to ensure alignment with the game's style and vision
• Developing and refining external art pipelines for efficiency, quality, and budget management
• Managing teams of Outsourcing Managers, Artists, and Animators
• Expanding outsourcing efforts while improving efficiency, cost savings, and asset quality

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as an Outsourcing Manager or Art Director in the video game industry
• Proven experience managing external vendors or teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Deep understanding of art content production pipelines and workflows
• Motivated and passionate about quality
