Job Description :

We are looking for 2 Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italy market . This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in outbound sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while helping expand our presence in Italy.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients, including vacation rental property managers and hotels.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align with market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • First Italian language speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry .
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Remote position – open to candidates based in Italy or other European locations.
