Job Description: We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to focus on the Italy market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in outbound sales. The AE will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and help expand our presence in Italy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prospect new potential clients, including vacation rental property managers and hotels.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  3. Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
  4. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align with market demands.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline within the company’s CRM.
  6. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Native Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within Travel Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • This is a remote position; candidates based in Italy or other European locations are welcome to apply.
