Job Description :
We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italy market . This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in outbound sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while helping expand our presence in Italy.
Responsibilities :
Identify and prospect new potential clients, including vacation rental property managers and hotels.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align with market demands.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements :
First language speaker with professional proficiency in English.
2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry .
Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Remote position – open to candidates based in Italy or other European locations.
