A global scale-up company is seeking a driven Business Development professional to join their outbound sales team in the EMEA region. This fully remote position requires a proven track record in sales, the ability to manage large accounts, and fluency in English and Swedish. What you bring

  • You are a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in business development, particularly in outbound sales.
  • You have experience working with mid-market and enterprise companies, managing accounts with over 500 employees.
  • You possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • You have the ability to negotiate skillfully, promoting and selling ideas persuasively.
  • You are fluent in both English and Swedish, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. Your phone presence is positive and energetic.

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $21,490 to $48,335 USD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions.
