Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical outbound marketing specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at attracting new business, promoting logistics solutions, and generating qualified leads across our various verticals. The ideal candidate will manage multiple campaigns across channels like email, social media, and direct outreach, working closely with sales, logistics, and product teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted outbound marketing campaigns highlighting our logistics services, including ocean freight, air freight, domestic shipments, tracking, shop and ship, returns management, international relocations, and e-commerce, utilizing email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
- Cold Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct outreach via email and phone to potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry, introduce our services, and qualify leads.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify target industries and decision-makers, generating and nurturing qualified leads.
- Set Campaign Goals & Track Performance: Monitor KPIs such as open rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, providing insights for strategy adjustments.
- Manage Campaigns in Marketing Tech Stack: Use CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft) to manage prospect data, track interactions, and segment leads.
- Event & Webinar Promotion: Support outbound marketing initiatives for industry events, including outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn and other channels, becoming a champion for B2B social media marketing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, logistics, product teams, PPC managers, and content creators to align marketing efforts.
- Tooling Research: Stay updated on outbound marketing tools supporting business objectives.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain services
- Experience with B2B outbound marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication skills for industry-specific messaging
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and email platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques specific to logistics
