Want to work in Spain and have a passion for people and workplace culture?

We’re looking for an HR Manager to help shape our HR processes, enhance employee experience, and lead our recruitment efforts. You’ll be based at our office in Torrevieja, working in an international setting with skilled colleagues in Spain, and report to the Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

We offer both permanent roles and temporary contracts (minimum 10 months) – a great chance to experience life in Spain!


Key Qualifications

  • Degree in in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant work experience may compensate for formal education.
  • Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, or similar is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English + a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with modern recruitment trends and tools
  • Clean criminal record


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract top talent.
  • Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach for sourcing candidates.
  • Manage the selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting.
  • Support performance management and professional development initiatives.

Employer Branding & Culture Development

  • Represent the organization professionally, showcasing our culture and values to both current and prospective employees.
  • Contribute to internal HR initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction.
