Job Description:

A global organisation is looking for an OT Project Manager to assist on a large-scale Process & Automation Control project.

This role is a full-time, permanent position.

The position can be worked 100% remotely from Spain.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Knowledgeable about ICSs serving pharma and diagnostic processes such as Process and Building Automation, Visual Inspection, Intralogistics (mobile Robotics), Modular Manufacturing, Fleet Management.
• Provide expert judgment for high-quality contribution to the entire OT Project lifecycle, supporting standardization and modularity.
• Motivated to innovate and push beyond the status quo.
• Capable of streamlining complexities across multiple OT Projects based on business needs.
• Aware of the technological landscape in Manufacturing Technologies, Project Management, and Agile Practices.
• Translate Business Requirements into Project Deliverables, ensuring objectives are met.
• Lead complex project teams (Process engineering, Quality and Compliance, CSV, Project Managers) in a global context.
• Design, track timelines, handle recovery measures, and communicate risks.
• Reflect the Product Vision in project deliverables.
• Proven experience in Digitalization of Manufacturing processes and Automation Projects.
