Formación

• 5+ years of experience in OT Project Management.
• Capable of streamlining complex OT Projects driven by business needs.
• Ability to translate Business Requirements into Project Deliverables.

• Ensure standardization and modularity in project execution.

A global organization is seeking an OT Project Manager to oversee a large-scale Process & Automation Control project.

The position is full-time and permanent.

This role can be performed entirely remotely from Spain.

• Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Expertise in ICSs supporting pharmaceutical and diagnostic processes, including Process and Building Automation, Visual Inspection, Intralogistics with mobile Robotics, Modular Manufacturing, and Fleet Management.

• Provide expert judgment to contribute high-quality input throughout the OT Project lifecycle, ensuring standardization and modularity.

• Motivated to innovate and challenge the status quo.

• Capable of streamlining complex OT Projects driven by business needs.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing technology market landscape, project management, and agile practices.

• Ability to translate Business Requirements into Project Deliverables and meet project objectives.

• Experience leading complex project teams, including Process Engineering, Quality and Compliance, CSV, and Project Managers in a global environment.

• Skills in designing, understanding, tracking timelines, managing recovery measures, and communicating risks.

• Ability to incorporate the Product Vision into project deliverables.

• Proven experience in digitalizing manufacturing processes and executing automation projects.
