About the Role

As part of the Supportive Systems department, you will contribute independently within your expertise to ensure project success within set timelines and scope. You will engage with clients to understand their expectations and needs, and develop customized, effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) networks globally.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate network solutions.
• Monitor and optimize network performance for efficiency.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in an OT environment.
• Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Switch configuration and topology design for CISCO, HP, Extreme, etc.

• Firewall and network protection: Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
• Network and infrastructure monitoring tools like Nozomi, Claroty, Zabbix, Microsoft Defender for IoT, etc.
• Wi-Fi deployment and implementation.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.

Ideal Profile

• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA is advantageous.
• Proficiency in industrial security standards like 62443, Purdue, ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Hands-on skills in network implementation, cabling, and racking.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Curious, forward-thinking, and eager to explore emerging technologies.
• Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented solutions.
