Formación

  • Experiencia de +4 años en diseño, instalación y mantenimiento de instalaciones.
  • Fluidez en inglés, español y catalán (mínimo nivel B2).

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar nuevos proyectos y gestionar la instalación de instalaciones industriales.
  • Supervisar contratistas y asegurar el cumplimiento de la planificación.

Descripción del empleo

We are a service provider company, leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors since 1998. Due to constant growth, we are looking for a Project Engineer Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Designing of new projects: economic estimation, purchasing management and industrial contracting, creating plans and diagrams in CAD for new projects.
  • Design and produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software and conduct economic study of the project: Analyze the financial viability and economic implications of the project.
  • Plan and supervise the installation of industrial facilities: Supervise contractors and installers, manage the supply of necessary materials for new facilities, ensure compliance with the planning.
  • Perform the start-up of new facilities: Consult documentation and contact suppliers for testing, execute tests and start-up procedures, and identify and list critical spare parts needed for ongoing operations.
  • Design, assess, plan, and execute new projects: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Legalization of equipment: Promote legalization of equipment and installations where applicable, review legalization projects.
  • Coordinate with certified external companies for inspections and approvals.
  • Qualification of facilities: Ensure all necessary documentation for the as-built condition of the facility is prepared and qualified, conduct qualification tests, carry out Technical Change Controls.

First Client's project you will be assigned to: 100% onsite

Duration of this first project: 6 months (We offer a permanent contract)

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred in Chemistry).
  • Experience: +4 years of experience in the design, installation, start-up and maintenance of facilities in the chemical industry or similar.
  • English language: Fluent written and spoken Spanish, English and Catalan (at least B2 level).
  • You are proficient in project management software and tools, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
