Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Organizational Consultant to shape and execute our organizational design and improvement strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership to align business, technology, and departmental goals while embedding Lean-Agile practices across teams.

You will drive change management and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, measuring impact with KPIs and fostering a culture of transparency.

Formación

• 5+ years in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.
• Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale (e.g., Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model).
• Strong systems thinking capabilities with experience analyzing organizational dynamics.
• Experience leading change management initiatives (ADKAR or similar).
• Alignment with the company's values and a good sense of humor.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to organizational design and structure.
• Define and execute the organizational improvement strategy aligned with business, technology, and departmental objectives.
• Provide methodological support for strategic and tactical planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.
• Embed Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coach teams on their practical application.
• Define and provide area-specific metrics to Heads and teams for iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
• Partner with Talent & Culture and Leadership to evolve culture, increase autonomy, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate team workshops and sessions, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote transparent communication and ensure information is accessible across the organization.
• Define, track, and measure impact of organizational improvement initiatives through KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
• Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions.
• Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks such as ADKAR or similar.
