RED is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to embed Agile principles within a hybrid ERP delivery environment in Barcelona. You will partner with program leadership, the PMO, and system integrators to scale Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, remove bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Key focus areas include ERP transformation, coordinating with governance structures, aligning agile ways with SAP rollouts, and leading change with data-driven practices.

Formación

• Experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master on large SAP S/4HANA or complex ERP programs.
• Hybrid agile/waterfall delivery with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Vendor and stakeholder management with external system integrators.
• Industry experience in pharma/healthcare/biotech with global PMO governance.

RED is currently looking for Agile Coaches for one of our major clients (hybrid role in Barcelona).

The Agile Coach will embed Agile principles within a complex, hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) ERP delivery environment. You will partner with program leadership, the PMO, and system integrators to scale frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), remove execution bottlenecks, and drive a cultural shift toward continuous improvement across distributed global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coaching & Scaling: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on scaling Agile frameworks within complex ERP environments.
• Hybrid Alignment: Align Agile ways of working with strict PMO governance structures, managing dependencies and release constraints typical of SAP rollouts.
• Flow Optimization: Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and utilize metrics to improve predictability and flow.
• Change Management: Design workshops and act as a change agent to shift mindsets toward pragmatic, data-driven Agile practices.

Key Skills :

• ERP Transformation Background: Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master on large-scale SAP S/4HANA or complex ERP programs. (preferred)
• Hybrid Delivery Expertise: Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, with demonstrated success operating within hybrid Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively with external system integrators.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech sector and global PMO governance.
