The Organization department is a team of 4 persons, where you will gain valuable experience working on exciting tasks and projects, in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment and in direct contact with all local departments and organization teams in Paris.

Main missions :

  • Assist & coordinate on Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and IT Security (ISS) activities.
  • Train staff and raise awareness on BCP and ISS topics.
  • Manage internal delegations processes (creation, update, deletion, etc.).
  • Provide support on transversal project management.
  • User support on core banking system (production and UAT).
  • Information system security (ISS): Provide support on all IT security related tasks from the CLSi (Local Coordinator of the IT Security) roadmap (access review, phishing exercise, controls, etc.), contribute to improve ISS staff awareness, update application rating, perform system risk analyses, etc.
  • Business Continuity Plan (BCP): Provide support on the definition, improvement and deployment of the BCP strategy (BCP organization, BCP documentation, BCP tests, etc.).
  • Perform training of the new staff on the BCP and ISS, regularly update the training material, and regularly raise the awareness of all staff on BCP and ISS through different communication channels (emails, meetings, exercises, etc.).
  • Projects: Help on the coordination of transversal projects, follow-up task allocation with each project stakeholder, monitor project timeline, prepare project documentation, coordinate testing and implementation phase, etc.
  • User support: Follow-up on production and testing issues of the core banking system, coordinate between users and IT support team, study process optimization, operational risk reduction, data quality, etc.
  • Miscellaneous: Participate in other ad-hoc transverse tasks assigned to the ORG department (procedures, budget, etc.).
  • Facilitate transformation and change management in processes and organization.
  • Help draft, review and improve local procedures.

Education :

  • Graduate of a bachelor or master degree with a specialization in banking, finance, project management.

Experience :

  • No previous experience is required but a previous internship in project management or in the banking sector is a plus.

Operational skills :

Prerequisites :

  • Have completed your degree (including TFG).
  • Not have had a previous employment contract.

Disponibility : ASAP for a 6 months + 6 months contract.
