As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team increasing the client customer base across EMEA. You will contribute to creating unique customer experiences and positively impact the German online marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement creative strategies to improve client and agency relationships by tailoring performance suggestions and promoting products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on advertising investments through a consultative approach.
  3. Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while delivering excellent customer service.
  4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

  1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proficiency in German (C2 / C1 level).
  3. Fluent and idiomatic English communication skills.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  5. Experience in sales.
  6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  7. Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  10. Full-time availability (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  11. Permanent contract.
  12. This role offers a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  13. Tax rate between 20-24%.
  14. Relocation support including accommodation for up to 2 months and assistance with private health insurance.
