Formación

Descripción del empleo

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team, increasing the client customer base across EMEA. You will be part of the largest team creating unique customer experiences and actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement creative strategies to improve client and agency relationships by tailoring performance suggestions and upselling or promoting products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on their advertising investments through a consultative approach.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
  4. Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements
  1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proficiency in German at C2 / C1 level.
  3. Fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  5. Sales experience.
  6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  7. Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  8. Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. A passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
  10. Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  11. Permanent contract.
  12. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
  13. Tax rate between 20-24%.
  14. Relocation package including accommodation for up to 2 months and support with private health insurance.
  15. Four weeks of intensive introductory training.
