Job summary

SAMY is seeking an OTC Specialist to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate billing, receivables, and timely payment collection from clients in a dynamic, global environment.

Reporting to the Global Head of Finance and Operations, you will oversee invoicing, credit limits, collections, and reconciliations while collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial operations, Accounts Receivable, or OTC.
• Understanding of invoicing, collections, credit control, and reconciliations.
• Experience with credit limits, outstanding balances, and factoring is a plus.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• OTC Management: Oversee order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment settlement.
• Credit Control & Factoring: Monitor credit limits, assess client credit risk, and coordinate factoring processes.
• Collections: Track overdue invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Process Improvement: Optimize workflows and support financial compliance and internal controls.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial data and meet deadlines during high-pressure periods.

Role Mission

The Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate billing, efficient accounts receivable management, and timely payment collection. This role plays a key part in safeguarding revenue, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the business. This role will report to David Alonso, Global Head of Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• OTC Management: Oversee order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment settlement.

• Credit Control & Factoring: Monitor credit limits, assess client credit risk, and coordinate factoring processes.
