A fast-growing SaaS company based in Barcelona is seeking an Order to Cash Specialist. In this role, you will oversee contract coordination, customer collections, and invoicing processes. This position suits a detail-oriented native German speaker seeking to thrive in an international environment.

Formación

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Customer-facing role experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and office software.

Our Values

As an Order to Cash Specialist within Agicap’s Finance team, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales-to-cash operations. Your position sits at the crossroads of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success – making you a key player in the final phase of the sales cycle and in client subscription management.

You will join the Order to Cash team , reporting directly to Taciana Brochetto , and will be based either in our Barcelona office (VIE) or Lisbon office (Permanent contract) , depending on your availability and preferences.

This role is ideal for a native German speaker who enjoys working in an international environment, is detail-oriented, and wants to contribute to the operational excellence of a fast-growing SaaS company.

Your key missions :

As an Order to Cash Specialist, you will contribute to 3 main pillars :

1. Contract Coordination & Deal Closing :

  • Act as the bridge between Account Executives, Legal and Finance teams to finalize and send customer contracts.
  • Monitor and manage your pipeline of commercial proposals.
  • Ensure all closed-won deals meet internal quality and compliance standards.
  • Set up and verify client subscriptions (new logos and upsells).
  • Manage specific billing requests and ensure accuracy in invoicing flows.

3. Customer Collection & Cash Follow-up :

  • Monitor and report outstanding customer receivables.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Take action when needed : reminder calls, emails, and coordination with collection partners.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement next steps.

Your profile :

  • Language : Native German speaker, fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)
  • Experience : No specific experience required, but a background in customer-facing roles (sales, support, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Comfortable using digital tools and office software (G Suite, Excel, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • You’re eager to work in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment
  • You enjoy operational challenges and being a key link between teams
  • You are curious, reliable, and open to living a mobility experience abroad
