Signify in Madrid is offering an Order and Delivery Management Intern role. You will join the Customer Order Team, assisting with order validation, availability checks and delivering thoughtful proposals to ensure timely shipments.

Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in related fields and have a strong grasp of SAP/ERP, Excel, and BI tools, with fluency in Spanish and English, and an AI-minded, curious approach.

Formación

• Pursuing studies in Operations, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Understanding of the customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation.
• Alignment with company values and a proactive, curious mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and validating relevant info.
• Check availability of order and prepare delivery proposal.
• Select proposed alternatives and update order status.
• Screening of complex orders regarding technical content and commercial correctness.
• Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival.
• Managing sales orders up to delivery to forwarding.
• Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Proactive problem-solving to identify root cause issues and create solutions.

As a Order and Delivery Management Intern , y ou'll join our Customer Order Team and you'll be responsible for checking availability of order and preparing delivery proposal. You will accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and validating relevant info.

Your qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Operations, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology or any related field.
• Strong understanding of customer Order Execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
• Open minded, curious and innovative Mindset and an Alignment with our company values and aims
• Speed & Execution mindset (Root cause analysis skills)
• Hard ability to communicate with impact, communications skills (oral and written)
• Fluency in Spanish & English.
• Knowledge of Systems like SAP, other ERP, user experience
• High level of Excel is preferred and Power point is also valued
• Experience in Power BI, Power Query are a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance productivity and customer experience.
