Relocation support can be discussed during the hiring process.Your ResponsibilitiesIndependent customer support and order processingReceiving orders and processing them using SAP R3Coordinating delivery dates with production planning and procurementClarifying transport routes, organizing and scheduling shipments, and monitoring deliveriesCollaborating with the distribution centerPreparing export-related and customer-specific documentationHandling customer returns, including documentation and coordinationSupporting projects and taking on additional tasks to help achieve annual targetsYour ProfileCommercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with additional certification (e.G., Certified Foreign Trade Specialist)At least 3 years of experience in order management and export, preferably in an international companyKnowledge of export regulations and documentation, including IATA regulations for air freight, is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and positive work attitudeIndependent, committed, and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibilityPassionate, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for successFluent in English and good command of German required;
