Formación

United Search is offering a great opportunity with an international leader of premium food solutions for the horeca and the pastry crafts sectors. The company is known for its customer-focused culture and commitment to quality.

We are looking today for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Iberia team. This role reports to the Europe cluster Director and works with internal teams and diverse brands’ houses, who propose an innovative range of fine ingredients that facilitate the artisans’ work when preparing gourmet and exquisite culinary creations.

Mission

Drive the company’s growth and profitability by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Ensure market expansion, manage local teams, and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Development :
    Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
    Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    Define the best market approach for the company’s brand portfolio.
  2. Operations Management & Business Development :
    Oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
    Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
    Identify and develop new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  3. Marketing & Sales :
    Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products.
    Supervise sales activities and adjust strategies based on performance.
  4. Team Management :
    Recruit, train, and lead the local sales and marketing team (30 people).
    Foster a positive and dynamic company culture.
  5. Analysis & Reporting :
    Track performance and provide key reports to the regional director.
    Use tools like Microsoft Power BI to enhance decision-making.

Required Skills

  1. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  2. Strategic mindset with an innovative approach.
  3. Experience in distribution and a deep understanding of the local market, either in food, beverage, or kitchen utilities.
  4. Sensitivity to premium products; a keen eye for detail and excellence is a must.
  5. 5 to 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in an international setting.
  6. Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
  7. Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, or a related field.
