Are you an Oracle SCM Cloud Architect seeking a new and interesting challenge? If your answer is yes, keep reading — this could be just what you're looking for!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team. Your tasks will include:

• Leading the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning, etc.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.
• Providing functional and technical leadership throughout all project phases: advisory, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Defining data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
• Establishing best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud SCM architecture.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across environments.
• Staying current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommending new features as appropriate.
• Fostering continuous improvement and helping to build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, especially in Order to Cash processes.
• Experience as a lead SCM cloud architect in at least 2-3 large-scale transformation projects (over $5 million) in Oracle cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and proven experience across Oracle cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning, etc.).
• Deep experience in at least 3 modules and implementation certification in Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Experience leading business discovery sessions, conference room pilots, design workshops with stakeholders, and leading implementations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create presentations and influence clients and teams positively.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, explain solutions, suggest business changes, and adapt to product features.
