• Más de 12 años de experiencia en implementaciones de Oracle ERP, con al menos 5 años en aplicaciones de Oracle Supply Chain Cloud.
• Experiencia liderando transformaciones a gran escala en tecnologías de Oracle.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la arquitectura y diseño de módulos de Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Colaborar con partes interesadas para entregar soluciones de cadena de suministro integradas.
• Proveer liderazgo funcional y técnico en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Are you a Oracle SCM Cloud Architect seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated Supply chain solutions.
• Provide functional, technical leadership in all phases of the project lifecycle: Advisory, requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
• Establish best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud SCM architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features as appropriate.
• Foster continuous improvement and help build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with at least 5+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, especially in Order to Cash business process areas.
• Experience of performing as lead SCM cloud architect of minimum 2-3 large scale transformation engagements (>5+Mn$) in Oracle cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge on supply chain processes and proven experience across oracle cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning etc.). At least deeper experience in 3 of the modules
• Experience in driving Business discovery sessions, Conference Room Pilot sessions, Design Workshops with Business and IT stakeholders and leading implementation.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English, ability to create presentations, able to Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
• Proven ability to lead client workshops to explain solutions, approach, alternative options, suggestion of business change to fit to product features
