WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

1. Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning, etc.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated Supply Chain solutions.
3. Provide functional and technical leadership throughout all phases of the project lifecycle: advisory, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
4. Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
5. Establish best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud SCM architecture.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
7. Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features as appropriate.
8. Foster continuous improvement and help build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, especially in Order to Cash business processes.
• Experience as lead SCM cloud architect in at least 2-3 large-scale transformation projects (>5 million USD) using Oracle cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and proven experience across Oracle cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning, etc.), with deep expertise in at least 3 modules.
• Implementation certification in Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Experience in facilitating business discovery sessions, conference room pilot sessions, design workshops with stakeholders, and leading implementations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create presentations and influence clients and teams positively.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, explain solutions, suggest business changes, and adapt to product features.
