This role involves managing client engagements and delivering high-quality support across various Oracle technologies. We’re supporting a leading Oracle services provider that delivers support, hosting, and project services across Oracle E-Business Suite , Oracle Cloud Applications , and associated technologies. They’re looking for an experienced Oracle Infrastructure Consultant to join their Infrastructure Delivery Team, playing a key role across both managed service engagements and project delivery.

Key Skills Required

Strong hands-on Linux systems administration (support, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning)

Good understanding of networking principles (CIDRs, firewalls, VPNs)

Experience with virtualisation technologies such as KVM and Oracle VM

Familiarity with tools such as Groundwork (Nagios) , RedHat IPA , and Bacula for monitoring and backups

Bonus : Experience with Windows system administration and Microsoft tools like O365 , InTune , and Defender

Core Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for client issue resolution and requirement delivery

Contribute to internal initiatives and help drive improvements within the Infrastructure team

Perform Linux system admin tasks , including installations, patching, and upgrades

Support and maintain the company’s ISO27001-compliant Information Security Management System

Deliver pre-sales support and conduct client-facing presentations where required
