Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale transformation programme. The role focuses on leading functional design across Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Spanish and English, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, and proven leadership in multi-country implementations.

Formación

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership.
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream.
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.
• Review specifications and ensure alignment with best practices.
