HR Path Group in Valencia is hiring a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center. You will act as a functional expert, leading and coaching consultants and guiding clients through AMS topics and Oracle quarterly updates.

You will own the day-to-day governance, manage SLA expectations, and help optimize HRIS deployments from Build to Run transitions. Fluent English and/or French preferred, with remote working possibilities.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in HRIS AMS
• Deep Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge, Core HR focus
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities

Responsabilidades

• AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement: handle L3 topics, analysis, troubleshooting and stabilization.
• Lead / Coach – act as team reference, develop best practices, coaching junior consultants.
• Client Interface & Governance – manage day-to-day relationships, align expectations, collaborate with project teams.
