The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in financial process transformation and a deep knowledge of Oracle Financial ERP. This position offers competitive salary, flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week, and the option to work from any global location up to 30 days per year.

Description

Technical & Functional Expertise

8 years of experience in financial process transformation, compliance, project accounting, project management, and payment automation.

In-depth working knowledge of Oracle Financial ERP, with expertise in configuring and managing Project Financial Management (PFM), Project Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Payment Platforms.

Strong background in digital accounting transformation, financial automation, ERP-driven reporting enhancements, and payment processing.

Financial & Business Acumen

Deep understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, revenue recognition, statutory compliance, and payment reconciliation.

Expertise in project accounting, including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Ability to align financial processes with business objectives, ensuring seamless payment processing and project accounting efficiency.

Nice-to-have

• Data and AI platforms
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)
• Knowledge of Kyriba
