We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Oracle Finance Cloud Architect to lead critical finance transformation projects. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for global clients.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects, FA, CM, Revenue Management, Tax).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Drive all phases of the project lifecycle: advisory, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Conduct business discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations.
- Define strategies for data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and recommend best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities with solution demos and value propositions.
- Help build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English (C1)
- 12+ years in Oracle ERP implementations, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Experience leading 2–3 large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects (>$5M).
- Deep knowledge of financial processes and Oracle Cloud modules including Oracle Cloud Fusion
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
- Experience with global, multi-entity financial setups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and influence stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience with Oracle EBS and multicultural, distributed teams.
