• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, including Fusion Financials.
• Participation in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financial modules.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials (formerly E-Business Suite), including at least 3+ years in Fusion Financials.
• Participation in at least two full lifecycle implementations, with at least one on Fusion Financials.
• Strong experience in Fusion finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, CM.
• Experience in Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing is a plus.
• Client-facing experience.
• Exposure to integrations and data conversion activities.
• Proficiency in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Gathering requirements and documentation using AIM, OUM, or other methodologies.
• Implementing Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews and discussions.
• Mapping client requirements to Oracle Fusion Financial Modules.
• Handling solution design, fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions.
• Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
• Conducting training for business users in Spanish.

Competencies / Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Knowledge of documentation methodologies like OUM.
• Customer handling skills and ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on client sites and travel for business.

Education

Oracle Certification in any Oracle Cloud Financials module is a plus.
