About the role

We are looking for an experiencedOracle Cloud Infrastructure Architectto lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle-based solutions. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of Oracle-based systems in alignment with business and technical requirements.
Main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for the client’s financial systems.
• Oversee the architecture, configuration, and optimization of OCI environments to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
• Manage the deployment and integration of Oracle Cloud services, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions for Hyperion and other related financial applications in the cloud.
• Provide expert guidance and support in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of OCI resources and infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the OCI environment, applying industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OCI environment to ensure the stability of critical financial systems.
• Perform regular system reviews, upgrades, and patches to maintain optimal performance and availability.
• Assist in creating disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity for cloud-based systems.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to communicate requirements, issues, and solutions effectively.
  

About You:

• C1+ Written and spoken English level
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including architecture and management of cloud-based systems
• Hands-on experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, and related applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud automation, monitoring tools, and performance tuning in OCI environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  Preferred Skills:
  
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification (OCI Architect or related certification).
• Experience in the energy sector or with other mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
