About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle-based solutions. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of Oracle-based systems in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Main responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the end-to-end design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
2. Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
3. Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimization of Oracle HCM modules.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes, and translate these requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions that drive performance and productivity.
5. Ensure seamless and efficient integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
6. Conduct regular system tuning and optimization activities, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of the Oracle HCM environment.
7. Identify potential risks and issues throughout the implementation and operational phases, proactively mitigating them to ensure smooth project execution and minimize disruptions.

About You:

1. C1+ Written and spoken English level.
2. Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying Oracle HCM Cloud solutions from the ground up, with a track record of successfully leading end-to-end implementations.
3. Expertise in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
4. Extensive experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
5. Expertise in managing and leading large-scale Oracle HCM projects.
