About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle-based solutions. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of Oracle-based systems in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Main responsibilities :

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimization of Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes, and translate these requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions that drive performance and productivity.
• Ensure seamless and efficient integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct regular system tuning and optimization activities, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of the Oracle HCM environment.
• Identify potential risks and issues throughout the implementation and operational phases, proactively mitigating them to ensure smooth project execution and minimize disruptions.

About You :

• C1+ Written and spoken English level.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying Oracle HCM Cloud solutions from the ground up, with a track record of successfully leading end-to-end implementations.
• Expertise in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Extensive experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Expertise in managing and leading large-scale Oracle HCM projects.
