Fever is seeking a Process Optimization & Automation Manager to design, implement, and improve processes driving efficiency and scale across the organisation. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to ensure operational feasibility.

Formación

• Master’s degree in STEM fields.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and measuring performance.
• Hands-on mindset from strategy to execution.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable).
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them for efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted.
