Job Description

DP World is growing! We have exciting opportunities for Ops Launch Managers to join our fast-paced Contract Logistics PMO. In these roles, you will leverage your extensive Operations Management experience in Contract Logistics to oversee project delivery, ensuring the successful launch of new business awarded on time and within budget. These positions are offered remotely, with extensive travel depending on project locations across Europe.

About The Role

• Support the implementation of new contract logistics launches following the Launch Governance Methodology.
• Assist in planning, development, testing, and implementation to ensure timely delivery, project success, and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project launch budgets, identify and resolve issues, and meet project goals.
• Escalate critical project issues to the Ops Launch Director & Project Manager.
• Support system design and UAT to ensure project scope is delivered and operational handover is completed successfully.
• Ensure Process Flows are completed for operational / system design.
• Lead and participate in business process redesign teams.
• Present operational solutions to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Support and train operational launch team members.

Your Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations management in a senior role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience with site launches and continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with enthusiasm and energy.
