Fever is seeking a Business Operations Manager to design and optimize processes across Secret Media Network and Fever. You will implement scalable workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive automation using AI tools while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.

A hands-on, data-driven leader with strong English is essential. The role offers hybrid work with a central Madrid office, competitive compensation, and benefits including health coverage, salary advances, and learning

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media/marketing operations, or production management.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset with a bias for execution.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable).
• Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN and Fever.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable processes.
• Lead AI automation initiatives and tooling improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption and maintain playbooks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations.
