Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento técnico.

About the Role

For this position, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our People team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycles and will serve as an ambassador of our values and culture, having the chance to recruit for a wide variety of technical and non-technical roles.

What you will do :

• Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and partner with them on everything from writing job descriptions to setting recruiting strategies, and closing candidates.
• Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities.
• Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines for each position.
• Organize interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to / from the Hiring Manager and candidates.
• Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from the screening process through offer negotiation.

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong interest and affinity for new technologies to develop our recruitment processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Team player.
• Problem-solving with a constructive and collaborative vision.
• EU citizen or a valid work permit to work in Spain.
