Role Overview

Join our International Sales Team as an Opportunity Development Representative (ODR) within a fast‑paced, rapidly growing company recently recognized as the 12th fastest‑growing company in Texas. Responsibilities
  • Research and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow‑up meetings for Sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
  • Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.
  • Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one additional European language.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.

Location

Preferably based in Vienna or Barcelona, but remote candidates in Europe are welcome. Some travel may be required for internal meetings and events.
