Join our International Sales Team at PGS! We're looking for an Opportunity Development Representative (ODR) to be part of the International team of Parking Guidance System (PGS), a fast-paced, rapidly growing company recently recognized as the 12th fastest-growing company in Texas, US. This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment, connecting with colleagues and partners from across the world while helping us expand into new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Research and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow-up meetings for Sales reps.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
  • Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.
  • Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) + at least one additional European language.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Location

Preferably based in Vienna, or Barcelona, but remote candidates in Europe are welcome. Some travel may be required for internal meetings and events.
