A leading technology firm is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. This role involves generating leads, collaborating with Sales & Marketing, and nurturing relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and previous experience in Business Development or Sales. These combined capabilities equip parking owners and operators to enhance efficiency, safety, and revenue, while providing a seamless experience for every driver.

Responsibilities
  • Research and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow-up meetings for Sales reps.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
  • Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.
  • Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) + at least one additional European language.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Location

Preferably based in Vienna, or Barcelona, but remote candidates in Europe are welcome. Some travel may be required for internal meetings and events.
