Formación

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in medical electronics, biomedical engineering, electronics or electromechanics applied to medical devices.
• Field service experience in the medical device industry is valued.
• Fluency in local language and good English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support for ophthalmic surgical systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and repairs per MDR/MDD and J&J policies.
• Deliver, install, and validate ophthalmic surgical equipment in operating rooms.
• Maintain documentation of service history and warranty tracking.
• Support service contracts and identify opportunities for service revenue.
