Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Principal Analyst - Expense Lead, EMEA & APAC, to own OpEx planning, forecasting and reporting across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will partner with Controllership, drive expense analytics, and push automation efforts using Power BI, OneStream, and Excel/VBA.

The role requires a proactive finance professional able to balance strategic oversight with detailed analysis, delivering insights to senior leadership and ensuring cost discipline across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience supporting multi-country regions and matrix organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP, Hyperion, or similar EPM/ERP platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OpEx planning, forecasting and variance analysis for EMEA & APAC.
• Maintain cost discipline by monitoring spend trends and escalating material variances.
• Develop monthly/quarterly expense reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Partner with regional finance teams for accurate expense submissions.
• Act as Finance Partner for Marketing, Customer Care, Product Support, etc.
