MiniMed Group is seeking a Principal Analyst – Expense Lead for EMEA & APAC. This role involves managing Operating Expenses, developing analytics, and driving cost discipline across regions. The ideal candidate will showcase strong analytical skills and advanced financial modeling expertise.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and have over six years of relevant experience. The position requires excellent communication and the ability to partner with various functions. This role provides a flexible work environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience supporting multi-country regions and matrix organizations.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end Operating Expense planning and variance analysis for EMEA & APAC regions.
• Monitor spend trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly expense reporting packages for senior leadership.

Conoscenze

Advanced Excel skills

Financial modeling expertise

Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent

Strong analytical mindset

Written and verbal communication

Formazione
