LiveWell, part of Zurich Insurance Group, seeks an Operations and Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the brand experience agency in Barcelona. You will partner with the CEO and agency leadership to drive profitability and growth.

You will design processes, monitor KPIs, and manage month-end close while ensuring compliance with group policies and vendor management across projects.

Formación

• Strong communication, curiosity and flexibility.
• Experience partnering with C-suite to shape strategy.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end budgeting process for the agency.
• Monitor actuals vs. budget and propose corrective actions.
• Support pricing and profitability analysis for campaigns.
• Coordinate cost allocation, chargebacks and cross-charges.
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead pricing and profitability analysis across the agency portfolio.
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes per group policies.
• Provide strategic financial direction to support growth.
• Design and improve core agency processes and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, data protection and brand policies.
• Support contracting and vendor management for partners.
