Job summary

Allfunds is seeking a finance and communications specialist in Madrid to support senior management with quarterly results, investor relations content and reporting. The role sits within Corporate Communications and collaborates with Finance to deliver accurate data, compelling presentations and proactive messaging.

You will develop Excel-based tools, analyse market data, and help shape external narratives while coordinating across teams to enable timely reporting and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or related field.
• MBA, CFA or similar qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of presentations and materials for senior management, including quarterly results and business updates.
• Assist in the preparation, analysis and communication of quarterly financial results and related reporting.
• Develop presentations, reports and databases to support management requests and planning.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools incorporating financial information and market data.
• Monitor and analyse internal and external communications performance; provide insights for decision-making.
• Support the production of content across corporate communications channels, including briefing notes and talking points.
• Contribute to internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed on key developments.
• Coordinate with Finance, Communications and wider business to support reporting and project delivery.
