We are part of Omnicom Media Group, the media division of Omnicom Group, Inc.

The team operates without a designated home market. The work arrangement for this role will be determined based on various factors, and it may be remote or based in one of PHD's EMEA offices.

Role Operations Senior Executive

This role will collaborate closely with the wider Operations & Engagement team and report directly to the Operations & Engagement Manager designated.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Role & Responsibilities: You will manage automated optimization solutions, collaborating with hubs and local teams in key EU-5 and North American markets. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal performance across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels.
  2. Campaign Management: Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across DV360, TTD (Programmatic), Google Ads, and SA360 (Search). Ensure efficiency thresholds are met and provide regular performance reports.
  3. Data Check: Perform regular audits of tracking systems, including Floodlights, universal pixels, static pixels, and variables, to ensure data accuracy and effective performance measurement.
  4. Algorithm Management: Handle algorithm requests, including creating and validating algorithm syntax for DV360, Google Ads, SA360, and TTD. Conduct real-time optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
  5. Reporting & Insights: Manage and update the automated reporting tool on a day-to-day basis. Conduct monthly performance checks at 50% and 70% campaign duration, while developing benchmarks using historical data.
  6. Meetings & Calls: Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders and teams, providing updates on campaign performance and addressing challenges.
Profile
  1. Experience: 1–2+ years in programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience in platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk. Familiarity with Search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads / Bing, Search Ads 360) and Social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) is highly advantageous.
  2. Campaign Support: Demonstrated experience supporting performance campaigns across biddable channels, including tasks such as campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  3. Tracking and Troubleshooting: Knowledge of tracking implementation and validation methods, including Floodlights, universal pixels, and static pixels. Familiarity with debugging tools like Google Tag Assistant, Pixel Helper, or Omnibug is an asset.
  4. Platform Integration: Understanding of the interplay between DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to ensure seamless campaign performance and accurate measurement.
  5. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks such as data entry, campaign configuration, and reporting, ensuring high-quality execution and operational accuracy.
  6. Language: A good level of English is mandatory as the primary language for communication.
