Your impact as Operations Process Manager: As Operations Process Manager for Southern Europe, you will be responsible for optimizing, standardizing, and innovating the operational processes of our warehouses in Spain and France. Your role will be key in ensuring productivity, efficiency, and outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You will also lead continuous improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Design & Standardization: Document and analyze logistics flows (inbound, picking, outbound). Define and implement shared operational standards across our hubs (Coslada, Girona, Cambrai). Ensure smooth integration of new clients and services.
  2. Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Lead the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other optimization initiatives. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement plans to boost efficiency.
  3. Operational Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end process optimization projects. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with defined standards. Support the integration of new tools, systems, and technologies across departments.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Use advanced tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  5. Team Coordination & Training: Work closely with warehouse managers to ensure successful process implementation. Train and guide operational teams in new procedures and best practices.
  6. Innovation & Scalability: Propose agile, efficient ways of working. Anticipate logistics trends and scale operations to meet e-commerce growth.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 5 years’ experience in logistics operations and continuous improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in international environments.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and French (mandatory).
  • Availability to travel.
